Region and Vineyard:
Grapes for Rhein Extra Brut Sec are sourced from the Sebes Vineyard, located in the south-west of the Transylvanian plateau. 

Winemaking:
This delicious full-bodied sparkling rose is fermented in the bottle in the traditional method from Pinot Noir variety.  The addition of Pinot Noir gives the wine extra structure, a silky mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste. 

Taste:
Brilliant salmon-pink in color with a small and persistent bead, Rhein Extra Brut Rose has delicate aromas of rose petals, toast and raspberries.  Flavors of fresh red fruit, vanilla and cream are followed by a long and seductive finish.  

Best served well chilled with appetizers, caviar and light entrees, or on any special occasion.
